Reiki I-III

I had a delicious big sleep last night, the first and many many nights and then I got your text message and fell back to sleep for another hour while you were working on me! Delicious!🙏🏻💖💕🌈✨ Also, I wanted to let you know what you were feeling in the sacral/root chakra areas, to validate your findings. My low back has been very twitchy for about 10 days. There was a point about a week ago where I was unable to stand up straight, and in distracting pain. This low back distraction has also caused my right hip socket to be out of alignment and that has transferred down to my right knee. There is not pain but I am so sensitive that I feel the misalignment and clicking bones when I walk.

Yesterday I was able to take a little stroll outside and do some stretches a couple of times, so this is a big big improvement – yay!

I have learned so much from Arzeen. She taught me how to tap into my spiritual self on a deeper level. I now understand that when I am facing some challenges in life, I have to look inwards to attain peace of mind. I recently suffered a rather unexpected injury. Arzeen helped me realize what this means, as every physical ailment has a spiritual meaning behind it. How has my spirit been affected? Through Reiki, she helped me expedite the healing process on both an energetic and physical level.

I have never had Reiki before, even though I have always wanted to try it. Arzeen has really given me a wonderful experience through distance Reiki. I can safely say, even though we are not in the same room, we are connected and I am blown away by the accuracy of my readings, particularly my most current reading.

Meditations in the dome have been nothing like I ever experienced before. I went in with no expectations other than to have a nice time away from everything. Each time was different and amazing in its own way. From colourful visions, journeys of exploration and support releasing what no longer serves me. Before I connected with Arzeen, I was feeling 'meh'. I was busier than ever with my 3 kiddos and being the CEO of my company. My baby was only a few months old when i began working with Arzeen, and I was super overwhelmed with how I was feeling physically. My 3rd pregnancy was a tough one and I was having a very challenging time getting my body back to where I wanted it. As a mom and business owner, I almost felt as if I was losing myself. We learned about limiting beliefs and the infinite potential that is in all of us that allows us to achieve whatever we put our attention and energy onto. I started to realize that my deep held belief that when I became a wife and mother the person I used to be had to be suppressed, was long gone, didn’t have to be true. I started to explore my values again and to reframe how I wanted to show up in my life, for myself, my kids, my husband. I started to think about all of those things I always wanted, and to get excited about my developing belief that I no longer had to just dream or wish for something, but that I could make a goal to have it one day and that it would happen. That was a mind-blowing and extremely empowering concept that made me start to look at everything differently. I felt that I had discovered a secret that I wanted everyone to know about.
