5 DAY SOUL EXPANSION RETREAT

EXPERIENCE THE FORCE OF LIFE MOVING THROUGH YOU

Sedona, Arizona

April 28 - May 2, 2027

There is an energy that moves through all of life and through you.

You may know it as life-force energy. I think of it as the Force of Life: the energy behind your intuition, creativity, inspiration, and the feeling of being fully alive.

THE JOURNEY YOU WILL TAKE

This isn’t just a five-day retreat.

The experience begins before you arrive in Sedona and continues after you return home. You’ll be supported through three intentional phases designed to help you prepare for the experience, expand while you’re there, and integrate what shifts when you come home.

  • A person holding pink flowers with yellow centers in their hands, wearing a white long-sleeve shirt, with a dark, blurred background.

    PREPARE

    March & April

Transformation begins long before you arrive in Sedona. Through private coaching and small group gathering, we'll begin expanding your capacity to receive. Together, we'll prepare your mind, body, and energy through intentional practices that cultivate greater clarity, presence, and receptivity, while exploring what to expect during five days immersed in Sedona's powerful vortex energy.

You'll arrive grounded, connected, and ready to experience Sedona in a way most people never do.

  • People hiking on a trail through greenery in Sedona, Arizona with red rock formations in the background and a partly cloudy sky above.

    EXPAND

    April 28 - May 2

This is where everything begins to deepen. Mornings on Sedona's red rock formations. Hiking vortexes. Yoga in a garden dome. Star gazing and meditation beneath the stars. Sacred ceremony, and a few experiences we’re keeping as surprises.

Real rest is built into every day, giving your mind, body, and energy space to release and integrate.

You'll leave more connected, more attuned to your intuition, and inspired to create from an expanded level of consciousness.

  • INTEGRATE

    May 3 to June 6

Once you are home. Coming back is the part nobody prepares you for. Your reality has shifted, the people around you have not, and you need somewhere to put all of it.

Through weekly sessions and group connection, you'll have space to process what you're experiencing and integrate it into your life. My WhatsApp stays open throughout, so you'll continue to have my support and the women who stood on those rocks beside you as your new awareness becomes part of how you live.

There are places in the world that change the way you see yourself.

Sedona is one of them.

I went to Sedona expecting breathtaking red rocks and the famous vortexes.

I left with something I never expected.

A completely different understanding of who I am.

Sedona showed me there is far more to us than this physical body and far more to life than we've been taught to see.

It expanded my understanding of intuition, energy, and consciousness, not as concepts, but as something I could experience for myself.

Once you experience that, you can't unsee it.

That's the experience I want to share with you.

From the outside, life looked good. Inside, I felt disconnected from the woman I used to be.

I was running a successful business, raising two young boys, and doing what so many women do…trying to keep everything together while feeling like I was falling apart.

From the outside, life looked good. Inside, I felt disconnected from the woman I used to be. I was constantly multitasking, living by an endless to-do list, and so busy taking care of everyone else that I had stopped paying attention to myself.

When a friend invited me to Sedona, I hesitated. Taking four days away felt impossible. The guilt was real, and spending that kind of time on myself felt selfish. But deep down, I knew I needed a break.

I came home with something I never expected.

I had more energy. My intuition was stronger. My senses felt heightened. I started noticing synchronicities and little miracles everywhere. It was as though life had gone from feeling flat...to becoming multidimensional.

What I understand now is that I was experiencing the Force of Life in a way I never had before. I felt more connected to the energy moving through me and around me—and the more connected I became to it, the more alive, intuitive, inspired, and creative I became.

But the biggest change wasn't what I experienced in Sedona. It was how I lived when I came home.

I started making decisions differently. I stopped trying to control everything and began paying attention to what felt deeply aligned. I finally saw how chaotic my life had become and had the courage to start changing it.

The shifts weren't just internal. They began showing up in every area of my life.

That year, my business experienced significant growth. We won our first Top Choice Award for Best Massage & Wellness Clinic and went on to receive it for five consecutive years. I began leading retreats and workshops and connecting with people in ways I hadn't imagined before.

Looking back, I don't believe Sedona changed my business.

I believe it changed me.

And because I was different, everything I created began to change too.

Come If This Sounds

Like You...

A woman sitting on red rock in a desert landscape with layered red mountains and a sky with clouds in the background.

You've created a life you're proud of. You've done the inner work. You know yourself well.

And still, you have this feeling there is more.

More of you that you haven't accessed yet. More creativity waiting to come through. A deeper level of intuition you want to explore. Ideas you can feel forming, even if you don't know what they are yet.

You're not looking for another strategy or someone to tell you what to do. You want to access a part of yourself you know is there, but haven't fully experienced yet.

You're not coming to Sedona to fix your life.

You’re coming to discover how much more of yourself and of life is available to you.

Who is in the room…

A group of women sitting outdoors around a fire pit, engaged in conversation, holding mugs, surrounded by green foliage and trees.

Eight women. That's the whole retreat.

Every woman who joins will have a conversation with me first—not an application or interview, but a chance for us to connect and make sure the retreat feels like the right fit. Because who you experience Sedona with matters.

I'm bringing together women who know themselves, are becoming more aware of the patterns that shape their lives, and are choosing to live with greater awareness and intention. They're ready to expand beyond where they are now and explore what else is possible.

Women who can go deep and still laugh with you in a minivan at midnight.

You arrive as strangers. But there's something about standing on those rocks together, experiencing things you may not even have words for yet, that creates a different kind of connection.

And that connection continues long after we leave Sedona.

The Investment

Starting at $3,800 CAD per person

This is not an investment in five days away. It is an investment in four months of intentionally stepping out of your everyday life and into a different way of experiencing yourself.

Before Sedona, we'll prepare you to receive more. In Sedona, you'll have the space to experience what opens when you step away from the noise and immerse yourself in the energy of the land. And when you return home, I'll be there to help you integrate what shifted into the way you live, decide, create, and lead.

Your Investment Includes

  • Four months of private and group work with me. Before Sedona, you'll have two private sessions and two group sessions to prepare you for the experience and begin the work before we ever step onto the red rocks. After we return home, we'll continue together for six weeks of integration and support. This is an important part of the experience because what opens in Sedona doesn't simply end when you leave. You'll have the space and support to process what shifted and begin integrating it into the way you live.

  • Five days at our private luxury Sedona estate, including your chosen accommodation.

  • Guided experiences at Sedona's iconic vortex sites, with time to hike, explore, meditate and experience these powerful places for yourself.

  • An evening beneath Sedona's extraordinary night sky, with an expert-led stargazing experience where we'll learn about the stars and constellations while taking in the vastness of the desert after dark...this one is my favourite.

  • Curated spiritual, energetic, and wellness experiences designed to deepen your connection to yourself, your intuition and the Force of Life moving through you. You'll also have the opportunity to book additional private experiences during your stay,

  • Chef-prepared meals enjoyed together at the estate.

  • Private ground transportation throughout Sedona, so once you're at the retreat, transportation throughout our Sedona experience is taken care of.

  • Direct WhatsApp access throughout the four-month experience, giving you ongoing support, reflection and a place to share those moments when something shifts between our sessions.

The value isn't in what is included. It's in having the time, space and support to experience what becomes possible when you step outside your everyday life and give yourself permission to explore what's next.
