I really appreciate your coaching style, your constant support, and the one-on-one coaching sessions. For me, I really need to talk things out and you were there for me and supported me throughout this journey. I appreciated the fact that I was encouraged to text you when I needed advice and guidance. I also appreciate your honesty as you worked with me to challenge myself and face my fears.

You are empathetic, professional, gentle, honest, energetic,and supportive. I did love the program, the lessons, and the content, but it was my connection with you that made it so meaningful. I truly don’t think I would have been able to learn as much if I had another coach. The support you offer is vast, comprehensive, and genuine, from the one-on-one coaching, to Reiki to guidance within the scope of TIR. I felt emotionally supported and I also felt you equipped me with practical strategies and tools to help me develop my faculties and deepen my awareness. Working with YOU has changed my life. You’re incredible and I hope you feel that, because I can’t think of anything that needs to be improved.

My mindset has changed significantly in that I am much more in control and less of a victim of my circumstances. I am much more open to putting myself out there and being open to different ways of thinking. I have learned to trust my intuition a lot more and have stopped allowing my outside world to control my mind and how I am feeling. I am much more in-tune with my thought patterns and storytelling around a situation and able to transform my thinking around a situation. I can now objectively look at my triggers and understand how to process and deal with these feelings in a constructive way.

I am more in tune with myself and trusting in myself and my intuition. I am more aware of my triggers and able to dissect them from an objective perspective and learning how to manage them better. Overall I feel like a have a greater sense of purpose and peace, and feel a deep sense of gratitude.

I started out this programme feeling overwhelmed and having difficulty adjusting to a number of changes that were happening in my life. Over the last 8 months, I see my value and inherent worth much more and my self-confidence has grown immeasurably with Arzeen. I have learned to understand my inner power and break through habits that were keeping me stuck in old and unpredicted patterns.

I have never been so heard and seen and understood as I was in our time together. All the years of therapy never got me this far, so I want to thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart. I am in such deep awe of your gift with people and have so much gratitude for you.

Coaching with Arzeen, has helped change my life!

She has taken everything I have learned from other programs or retreats and helped me apply concepts in a practical way. I have never felt so consistently elevated, energized and excited for what life has in store for me.

The clarity with which I came out of the program is also something I have never experienced.

I completed her program 4 months ago, and my life is COMPLETELY different – I wouldn’t have imagined it in my wildest dreams.

I sold both my dental practices, took time to be with my kids, traveled the world, and feel so at ease with life. I have even set goals that I never would have even entertained in the past, and the wild thing is that I’m confident I can achieve them!

I’ve known Arzeen for many years, first as a client when she owned her massage clinic, later she became my Reiki teacher, mentor, friend and confidant.

Arzeen has inspired me to create habits that will last a lifetime and in a time of well needed healing, she offered comfort and support. Arzeen has a way of knowing just what is needed and when.

Arzeen guides you to look inwards to find solutions, and when I did the work, I found forgiveness and inner peace. This especially came into focus with her Lions Gate meditation series. It opened me up to a new experience that allowed me to go beyond the 3D world and it was indescribable and transcending. I left the sessions feeling vulnerable, untethered and a sense of continued healing.

The more I work with Arzeen, and the more I learn from her, the better I feel.

Not only do I feel physically better, I now understand myself and my true place in this world. I made quantum leaps with my thinking, and find myself losing the veil of negativity that had been placed over me by the world years ago. I see the world with fresh eyes, and with them, I see new possibilities. Where there was once doubt and skepticism, now there is hope and anticipation.

She gave me tools to help navigate the ups and downs of this world. Tools that can be translated into both the personal and professional realms. The more I work with her, the more grounded and centered I feel. I have greater connection to my true self.

She brought me peace and a pathway to true joy. Arzeen connected me to something far bigger than I could ever imagine. I am in awe of the world that she has opened up to me.

I now see possibilities that I never could imagine. She helped unleash my confidence, showed me my true strengths and potential. I am forever grateful to her.

Maybe I’m an aging millennial and was having a quarter life crises but Arzeen came along at just the right time! I didn’t realize how much I was borrowing other people’s beliefs about success and family. Because I wanted everything I was not being clear about what could I work on in the moment and was missing out on gratitude for the life I have. I changed my job, dealt with a big family issue and learned to show up with leadership in ways I’d never thought of before.
